Activate the healer within yourself! All are welcome to explore an easy and integral form of Tai Chi with Sarah Harrison, certified Qigong and Tai Chi Practice Leader, experiencing relaxation and fun in connecting with the Inner Healer within oneself in a safe and relaxing environment.

OPEN TO ALL levels of skill and experience whom are looking for a moving meditation of Tai Chi made Easy with warm ups of Shaolin and BuZheng Qigong to nurture their body and soul through working with their own healing energy in their own space and time.
