The Wellness on the Water goal is to facilitate improvement of the overall health and wellness within our local community by educating and empowering individuals through fitness.
Be sure to push yourself mentally and physically with our Wellness on the Water series in order to jump start your long term health and fitness goals.
These outdoor classes are open to all! Come with friends or meet new people with common interests!
Social distancing requirements will be meet and class sizes must be kept under 50 people.
The “power” in Power yoga isn’t about powering through the poses, but instead, finding your own power within. We will practice traditional postures, focus on alignment, and link them together using your breath. When challenged physically, the mind can begin to clear, and as the breath becomes steady and deeper, you’ll feel your own energy flow stronger, allowing your spirit to shine. All-levels to Intermediate welcome.
