Outdoor ballot drop box at Monona City Hall

ALL VOTING ON ELECTION DAY, AUGUST 11, 2020, WILL BE AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER.  Social distancing and other safety measures will be in place.  You are requested to wear a mask.  The polls are open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.

In-person absentee voting (early voting) ended at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 7.  Anyone wishing to vote must now vote at the polls on Election Day.

If you have an absentee ballot to return, please know that your ballot must be received on or before Election Day in order to be counted.  If you haven’t yet returned your ballot, you may drop it in our drive-up ballot box in the parking lot at City Hall (5211 Schluter Road) until the close of polls on Election Day.  Any ballots received after the polls close at 8:00 p.m. cannot be counted.   When you return your absentee ballot, be sure to sign the Certificate envelope, and have your witness sign and provide their address - EVEN IF IT’S THE SAME AS YOURS.

Please call the Clerk’s office at (608) 222-2525 if you have any questions.
