If you have a request in for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you for the November 3 General Election, those ballots will be mailed out by September 17.
The last day you can request an absentee ballot by mail is October 29 at 5:00 p.m. WE URGE YOU TO REQUEST A MAILED BALLOT EARLY AND RETURN IT BY THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE ELECTION TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE IT BY ELECTION DAY!
You can check the status of your absentee ballot request on the www.myvote.wi.gov website.
If you prefer not to mail your voted ballot back, there is a large drive-up drop box outside City Hall between the flag poles, so you can deliver your ballot without leaving your car. Make sure the certificate envelope is complete with your signature and your witness’s signature and address. Your ballot cannot be counted without this information! Ballots have to be received by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. DON’T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!
