  18. Stepping On Falls Prevention Course

    Stepping On is an effective falls prevention program for older adults. EAch class is two hours and meets weekly for 7 weeks. Build your balance including strength exercises based on curriculum by Stanford University. Each class is taught by a medically trained leader and will feature a guest speaker who will provide information about Fall hazards, your fall risk, up-to-date falls prevention information and how vision and medication can affect falls.
