Whether you're working on do-it-yourself projects or with a builder, Sam Breidenbach of TDS Custom Construction will help you identify green and sustainable building products which are durable, healthy for your family and good for the environment. Green and sustainable products are: generally low or nontoxic, contain recycled content, have limited impact on the environment and reduce the impacts on the long term operation and maintenance of a home. Using these products, with an emphasis on careful up-front planning and design, you will also learn about sensible green and sustainable building strategies of remodeling projects or new home construction.
