    Reflexology is a form of massage applying deep pressure to reflex points on the feet. It opens nerve pathways to increase circulation and create a sense of balance within the body. The feet are like a roadmap that connects to organs and glands within the body and by working with the feet it can increase normal function and flow. This practice will leave individuals feeling relaxed as their body's natural equilibrium is restored.

  1. Nature Explorers

    Kids Naturally Story & Activity Hour, "Let's Explore the Sky!"; ages 4-11. A free nature education program. Youth Services Coordinator, Karen Wendt along with Wisconsin Master Naturalist, Deborah Proctor and various guest presenters will entertain families with children's books about nature and wildlife at a special event that is part of a monthly series “Nature Explorers! Kids Naturally.”
