Little Free Libraries

Thanks to generous donations from individual citizens and groups from Monona, our parks are now home to 7 Little Free Libraries! Want to donate a library of your own? Have a park where you would like to see a library? Let us know by clicking "contact us" in the right hand column. 

Book Donations
At this time we are looking for book donations to restock some of our libraries. Books can range from picture books for young children to novels. Please keep books appropriate for people of all ages and backgrounds. Place books directly into a library or drop books off at the Monona Community Center.

Want to Give Back?

We are currently looking for a volunteer coordinator and individual volunteers to assist our department in monitoring the physical condition of the libraries and their stock of books. If you frequent a park with a library, live nearby, or just want to give back, please consider volunteering your services.
