Reflexology is a form of massage applying deep pressure to reflex points on the feet. It opens nerve pathways to increase circulation and create a sense of balance within the body.
Interactive free lecture series aimed at a broad audience and composed of five sessions focusing on a variety of topics. Scholars in fields ranging from the humanities and social sciences to Languages and Literature will discuss topics in their area of expertise.

Brain Enrichment is an interactive experience for adults with normal age-related changes. Research shows that continued participation in mentally stimulating activities throughout the lifespan can help slow cognitive decline.
The course includes:
Information about the brain’s processes
Participation in mental exercises to engage and stimulate the brain
Lifestyle practices for maintaining brain health
Practice strategies for improving thinking and memory
One goal of this course is to transfer learning to tasks of daily living such as attention, word finding, remembering names and planning.
Cost for this 10 week course is $20.00 and includes your own workbook. Class will be held at the Monona Senior Center Monona Room, 1011 Nichols Road.
