“Tai Chi Balance is a body-mind-spirit practice offered by certified Tai Chi Instructor Jody Curley,
featuring Tai Chi and Chi Kung movements and breathing practices for physical and emotional balance.
Movements can be done standing or seated. Have a chair nearby!
