Memory Screens

Free Memory Screens July 27th from 10:00 – 2:00 p.m. Monona Library Are you concerned about your memory? Some change can be normal as we age, but significant memory loss is not a normal part of aging. If you have questions about your memory, sign up today to receive a free 10 minute memory screen. Professionals from the Aging & Disability Resource Center will provide these screenings and let you know if further steps should be taken. They will also provide helpful information about memory and tips to keeping your brain healthy.  Masks will be required and a socially distant environment will be provided to protect your health. Stretch and Tone

Led by Amy Gallagher, this 45 minute class will use light weights and bands to increase tone and flexibility.

Pilates

Learn stretching and strengthening exercises to improve endurance, posture, balance and circulation.

Canasta

Canasta is a card game resembling rummy, using two packs. It is usually played by two pairs of partners, and the aim is to collect sets (or melds) of cards.

Euchre

Euchre is a card game we play with four players, usually played with the thirty-two highest cards, the aim being to win at least three of the five tricks played.
